Stormstress - You Can't Hurt Me Now (Official Music Video)
Stormstress's second single, “You Can’t Hurt Me Now,” reflects on a sweet situation gone sour and the true empowerment that comes with not only realizing that you’ve been mistreated and that it’s time to go, but also summoning the courage to walk out the door, slam it shut, & lock it behind you. ▶︎ Subscribe to Stormstress on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVZqj2GwGo_vk2WsncizAjA?sub_confirmation=1 ▶︎Join the Stormstress VIP Club by supporting the band on Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/stormstress ▶︎Follow Stormstress Online: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/stormstressband Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stormstressband Twitter: https://twitter.com/stormstressband Website: https://www.stormstressband.com/ Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/artist/7HoAFiMxaIYBjCczZebZyV ▶︎Purchase and Download "You Can't Hurt Me Now:" Bandcamp: https://stormstress.bandcamp.com/track/you-cant-hurt-me-now iTunes: https://music.apple.com/us/album/you-cant-hurt-me-now-single/1539092392 "You Can't Hurt Me Now" (Audio Credits) Written and Performed by Stormstress Produced by Liz Borden and Sarah Fitzpatrick Recorded by Doug Batchelder at The Den Studios of North Reading "You Can't Hurt Me Now" (Video Credits) Filmed and Edited by Fuel Heart Productions https://www.fuelheartproductions.com/ Drone Footage Filmed by Troncat FPV https://troncatfpv.com/ Vehicle, "Roxy the Audi," Provided by Patrick Crean Stormstress Logo design by Phantom Forge Visuals @phantomforgevisuals LYRICS: Opposites attract But they’re not built to last Drew me in so good Then wanted to hate you so bad Didn’t know who I was Picking the pieces of the floor Finding the shattered remains Of who I was before Whoaaa Never running out of reasons to cry Found out too late Who you really were inside Now I’m shutting the door And locking you out And you can’t hurt me now (I won't take another shot!) No, you can’t hurt me now You wore down my armor With the hits you took at me You were a bad, bad habit And I had to break free Whoaaa yeah yeah yeah Never running out of reasons to cry Found out too late Who you really were inside Now I’m shutting the door And locking you out And you can’t hurt me now (I won't take another shot!) No, you can’t hurt me now Go! [Breakdown] Baby, you and me We were a broken ship on a troubled sea Baby, can’t you see I am the captain now Get your grip off my wheel Never running out of reasons to cry Found out too late Who you really were inside Now I’m shutting the door And locking you out And you can’t hurt me now (I won't take another shot!) No, you can’t hurt me now (Come on and give me what you got!) I said, you can’t hurt me now (I won't take another shot!) No, you can’t hurt me now! #Stormstress #YouCantHurtMeNow *Special thanks to our top Patron, Alex Robinson* Stormstress - You Can't Hurt Me Now (Official Music Video). ©️2020 Stormstress
