For Lack of a Term drops their first single “Jawbreakers” off Welcome To Your New Normal, set to release December 2021. The Yonkers, NY-based band invited their friend Nick Quiles of Another Astronaut to hop on the track. The song is so light and fun but the overall theme is much more serious. It talks about the darkness you may experience as a kid and giving in to the desire of being reckless. The video itself takes you on a fun adventure hanging out with the boys. The candy-filled concept came together with the vibrant cinematography. Such a wild journey that I would not be able to give it justice. You have to see it for yourself.
For Lack of a Term is set to appear at LAUNCH Music Conference & Festival on September 11th. They will also be hitting the road the last two weeks of September. Keep an eye on their socials to see if they hit a city near you.
